    This class takes place twice monthly, usually on the first and third Sundays. The 5Rhythms® is the original, the mother of modern ecstatic dance practices. A simple, powerful moving meditation that anyone – of any age, size, or physical ability – can practise. Lightly guided, there are no steps to follow, no choreography to learn, no way to do it wrong.     Mark plays at folk clubs, folk festivals, literary festivals, charity concerts and acoustic venues around the UK from Penzance to Newcastle. A third album of original songs, “With A Fine Disregard”, came out at the end of 2025 , featuring again the wonderful violin of Georgina Leach and produced by Mark Tucker. He will be touring this album through 2026 and 2027.
