On the first Sunday of every month Front Room will host a free, guided wellbeing session for the community. Designed to be relaxed, informal, and a space for adults to connect with happiness, confidence, and themselves.

What can you expect in these workshops?
Fun, silly and simple games (think childhood games!)
Move our bodies.
A space to explore the joy of play! No pressure, just curiosity!

You will need…
Comfy clothes you can move in (colourful clothing or clothes that make you feel happy optional!)
A curious and open mind.

This workshop is for all adults! There is no pressure to be funny, confident or loud. This is not a drama or comedy workshop – just a space to play, laugh, connect with others in a supportive, pressure free environment!
