On the first Sunday of every month Front Room will host a free, guided wellbeing session for the community. Designed to be relaxed, informal, and a space for adults to connect with happiness, confidence, and themselves.

This workshop is for all adults. There is no pressure to be skilled or experienced. This is not a performance workshop, or a workout class – just a space to reconnect with yourself and your peace in a supportive, pressure free environment!
