ADHD: Learn to Regulate & Thrive – A talk by Jenny Adams
Front Room Weston-Super-Mare, Weston-Super-Mare, BS23 1FF
In this immersive, somatic talk, Jenny explores why so many of the 'shoulds' and strategies you've tried stop working. Especially if you're someone who's spent years holding everyone else together, whether that's family, friends, or a business built on giving to others.
For many women, that’s when they start to recognise or receive a late ADHD diagnosis.
In this immersive, somatic talk, Jenny explores why so many of the ‘shoulds’ and strategies you’ve tried stop working. Especially if you’re someone who’s spent years holding everyone else together, whether that’s family, friends, or a business built on giving to others.
Jenny unpacks what becomes possible when your nervous system is finally allowed to receive support instead of just providing it to others. Speaking from experience most coaches don’t have: Jenny’s unrecognised ADHD burned her out so badly she ended up in a wheelchair with ME/CFS for a lot of her 20s. Recovering her health and later recognising, and eventually being diagnosed with, ADHD, became the foundation for the work she now does as ADHD Women’s Coach of the Year 2024–25 – helping women building heart-led businesses of their own create more impact, and income, without burning out.
Come expecting to feel understood – audiences regularly call it the most validating talk they’ve been to.

The Front Room is a fantastic addition to Weston’s cultural scene. The team brings quality work into Weston, which wouldn’t get to be seen otherwise, and provide a unique platform for local artists to perform.

The Front Room is fantastic. I have seen so many brilliant shows there in the short space since they opened. It is brilliant. It is exactly what Weston super Mare has so badly needed.

Great to have this venue in Weston super Mare! On the site of the old pizza express, this theatre has fully accessible facilities and refreshments available on site. We saw a brilliant family show put on by Kid Carpet and the Noisy Animals. Fantastic!
