Led by Happiness Facilitator and performer, Mia Borthwick, (From The Mud & Me Monster). This session uses the power of play and laughter to boost wellbeing and bring more joy into your life!

Looking to unwind and have some fun?
Join us for our Play, Happiness and Laughter workshop for adults! A joyful experience designed to help you reconnect with your playful side. Led by Happiness Facilitator and performer, Mia Borthwick, (From The Mud & Me Monster). This session uses the power of play and laughter to boost wellbeing and bring more joy into your life!
Expect:
Fun, silly and simple games (think childhood games!)
Move our bodies
Short mindfulness exercises to tune into the present moment
A space to explore the joy of play! No pressure, just curiosity!

You will need:
Comfy clothes you can move in, as well as colourful clothing or clothes that make you feel happy (totally optional!)
A curious and open mind.

This workshop is for all adults! There is no pressure to be funny, confident or loud. This is not a drama or comedy workshop – just a space to play, laugh connect with others in a supportive, pressure free environment!

Great to have this venue in Weston super Mare! On the site of the old pizza express, this theatre has fully accessible facilities and refreshments available on site. We saw a brilliant family show put on by Kid Carpet and the Noisy Animals. Fantastic!

Fantastic production of the shaggy dog tails!

A wonderful evening of great company and entertainment, great bar selection of local IPA ales and further drinks. Would highly recommend a visit if you can, a highly talented young crew 👍
