Designed to be relaxed\, informal\, and a space for adults to connect with happiness\, confidence\, and themselves. \nA joyful experience designed to help you unwind & reconnect with your playful side. Led by a Happiness Facilitator\, this session uses the power of play and laughter to boost wellbeing and bring more joy into your life! \nWhat can you expect in these workshops?\nFun\, silly and simple games (think childhood games!)\nMove our bodies.\nA space to explore the joy of play! No pressure\, just curiosity! \nYou will need…\nComfy clothes you can move in (colourful clothing or clothes that make you feel happy optional!)\nA curious and open mind. \nThis workshop is for all adults! There is no pressure to be funny\, confident or loud. This is not a drama or comedy workshop – just a space to play\, laugh\, connect with others in a supportive\, pressure free environment!
