The only requirement is a body that is still breathing\, a heart that is still beating\, and mind that is still curious! \nCreated by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide\, 5Rhythms is a philosophy\, perspective\, performance art and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor\, reaching across all languages\, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art\, art into awareness\, and awareness into action. No pressure\, just curiosity! \nYou will need…\nComfy clothes you can move in (colourful clothing or clothes that make you feel happy optional!)\nA curious and open mind. \nThis workshop is for all adults! She doesn’t need anyone else. But there’s something out there\, prowling in the shadows and howling at the moon. And if that wasn’t enough\, finding food and keeping warm is getting harder every day. Yara must face up to new challenges\, and maybe even the prospect of looking after more than just herself… \nThis is a tale of friendship and adventure for all the family\, featuring captivating puppetry\, exquisite non-verbal storytelling\, and spellbinding original music. Come into the woods and explore your wild side with Yara! \nThere will also be a free interactive workshop before the performance that all audience members are welcome to attend.
