A simple\, powerful moving meditation that anyone – of any age\, size\, or physical ability – can practise. Lightly guided\, there are no steps to follow\, no choreography to learn\, no way to do it wrong. The only requirement is a body that is still breathing\, a heart that is still beating\, and mind that is still curious! \nCreated by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide\, 5Rhythms is a philosophy\, perspective\, performance art and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor\, reaching across all languages\, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art\, art into awareness\, and awareness into action. DESCRIPTION:We are singing every Friday at Front Room.\n\nCome along and join us for our Sing and Smile session – a friendly\, informal sing-a-long\, which brings local people together through music\, laughter and connection.\nThese sessions are all about enjoying music together and sharing a joyful hour in good company. DESCRIPTION:Gren Bartley is a UK singer-songwriter and guitarist working somewhere between cinematic folk\, intimate acoustic songwriting and finely detailed guitar work. Across a run of acclaimed releases\, he has built a reputation for records that are atmospheric\, melodic and unmistakably his own. \nHis 2015 album Magnificent Creatures (★★★★★ R2 Magazine)\, produced by Gavin Monaghan\, received outstanding reviews and helped take his music to festivals and venues across the UK and beyond. In 2019 he released Quiet (★★★★★ Northern Sky Magazine)\, a more stripped-back collection drawing on folk\, world music and bottleneck slide guitar\, which earned further critical praise. \nHis new album Sunsets\, Circles and Waves is released on 15 May 2026. Recorded live in complete takes with no overdubs\, it captures the warmth and intimacy of a real performance while deepening the reflective\, immersive quality that runs through his work.\nGren Bartley writes songs with the instinct of a folk artist and the detail of a craftsman.
